You can find the registration code from any recent monthly invoice we sent to you.

You may add another user as a secondary user under Preferences. Please make sure to contact us to disable your account prior to your departure.

Please use the Contact Us (Category: Registration & User Profile) form and request to disable the existing user account under our facility. Please include the reason for the request along with the registration code for your facility.

Please use the Contact Us (Category: Registration & User Profile) form to request access. Include the Registration Code in the message.

You should be able to submit the invoice for the month on the 1st day of the following month.

Please use the Contact Us (Category: Error while submitting form/Upload Invoice) form to report the issue. Include the error code in the message.

Not having pending documents may be due to:

  1. The invoices generated for the residents have already been submitted.
  2. The invoices for the current month have not been generated yet.

Please contact us if this is not the case.

No. This portal can be used to submit the monthly invoices for the facility. You can find pending invoices from the home page. You can submit other documents through fax or email.

New residents are made available during system updates. Please note that only residents whose policies were issued through us will be available.

Please use the Contact Us form (Category: Other - Claim specific question/issues) to report the issue.

Please make sure that JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your web browser. Also make sure to use latest version of one of the modern web browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox).

You can use the link from the e-mail to access the signed documents. The e-mails are sent once the documents are signed and submitted. Please make sure to check your SPAM folder if you are unable to locate it in your Inbox.

Please re-register using the new registration code using the e-mail address used for the existing account.
